My blog, may contain some content, not suited for all readers. The context of my posts, will deal with such subjects as suicide, on a survivor level, and personal level. It will deal with mental illness, on different levels and diagnosis'. It will deal with grief, love, finding and losing those you love, and even chronic pain illness. I have waited 15 years to share all of this, with one and all. I have always believed that it is time to end the "Silence" of mental illness, to stop keeping the "Secrets" that keep our loved ones safe from real help, and "Survival"..the mere fact that it is possible, no matter how much, how long or how often you feel it just can't be. I'm proof..and will continue to be so, to pay it forward and hope that I can help at least one person...who may help one person...and so on and so on. If it can work for Shampoo & Conditioner, it can happen with learning the real story of having, living with, and surviving, your own mental illness, or surviving the mental illness of a loved one.
"Be kind to yourself, Love yourself, and be the best friend you give, also be the best friend you are, to yourself" (That just popped in my head, but there is no guarantee it is mine, or something I read, but I hope you like it none the less)
In the process of my own healing, it is enhanced, when I can share it, and see someone else improve.
This does not end with me, at mental health. I have also had a chronic pain condition for over 25 years, so I want to share that wealth of knowledge as well. Sometimes, the difference, is having someone in your life that GETS YOU.
